What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

The project brief on our contact page collects the name, work email, organization, conversation type, current hardware, blocked experiment, and required timeline that you enter. Nothing on this page is optional to us and hidden from you: the form fields are the whole of it.

Our server also derives a one-way fingerprint from your connection address to rate-limit the intake. The address itself is not stored, and the fingerprint cannot be reversed to recover it.

We ask you not to include patient data, protected health information, or confidential material you are not authorized to share. This intake is not a secure channel for regulated data.

Why we collect it

We use your brief to evaluate technical fit, reply to you, and scope a possible design-partner program. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list. You will not receive unrelated mail because you submitted a brief.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, and this site is served by Vercel, which processes standard request logs. When you submit a brief, Resend delivers a notification to our team and an acknowledgement to you.

If website analytics are enabled, we use Plausible, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data or track visitors across sites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere on this site.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. They may store or process it in the United States and other countries.

How long we keep it

We retain project briefs for as long as the conversation may plausibly resume, and no more than 24 months after our last exchange with you, unless we have an active agreement that requires otherwise. Rate-limit records expire automatically within hours.

Your choices

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on the request within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with statutory data rights, this applies to you regardless of where we are located.

You can also simply email us instead of using the form, in which case we hold only your message.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and, where the change affects briefs already submitted, contact the people affected directly.
